PHS Mail Relay is a private application used only by its owner to send email through authorized email accounts.
The application requests access only to the Gmail permission required to send email on behalf of the authenticated user.
Email messages are processed only for the purpose of transmitting them to the Gmail API. Message bodies and attachments are not intentionally stored persistently by the application.
Operational logs may contain limited technical metadata such as timestamps, sender address, recipient count, message size, delivery status, and provider message identifiers. Logs do not intentionally contain message bodies, attachments, OAuth tokens, or account passwords.
User data is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or shared with third parties except as required to provide the email delivery function through the user's email provider.
The account owner may revoke the application's OAuth access at any time from the associated Google Account security settings.
